Welcome to the Shared Journey Fertility Program—a six-week experience designed to support you whether you’re preparing for fertility treatments like IUI or IVF, or just looking to connect more deeply with your body on this fertility and hormone balancing path.

If preparing for fertility treatments, we truly believe that prepping your body ahead of any assisted cycle can make a big difference, and this program gives you the time and space to do just that—calmly and intentionally.

If you’re choosing to do the program without reproductive assistance, that’s great too. It’s a beautiful way to tune in to your body’s natural rhythm.

Over the six weeks, you’ll learn how to track your ovulation, sync your lifestyle (diet, exercise and stress management) with your cycle, learn which supplements can be most effective and practice gentle awareness techniques to support fertility from the inside out.

Everything we do is tailored to you—your story, your body, your needs. We’ll begin our journey with a one-on-one consultation where we take time (about an hour) to talk through your full health history. Bringing all relevant medical, gyno and obstetric history paperwork including labs if applicable is helpful in order to get a full picture. During this visit, we’ll also check in on how your pelvic organs are moving—something that can really impact overall function and flow.

One of the core parts of the program is Mercier Therapy, a gentle hands-on technique that encourages mobility and healthy blood flow in the pelvic area. Whether it’s your uterus or another area that needs attention, this therapy helps your body work better and feel better.

You’ll receive six one-hour sessions of Mercier Therapy—one each week for six weeks—giving you a steady, supportive rhythm to settle into.
