Body Ready Method®
The Body Ready Method® is based on 5 pillars: Upper Body Mobility, Core, Pelvis, Pelvic floor, and Movement Patterns. Incorporating these pillars into movement during pregnancy can help women have a more efficient birth; minimize pregnancy aches and pains, optimize recovery, and minimize unnecessary abdominal separation and pelvic floor dysfunction.
As a certified Body Ready Method® Pro, Beth incorporates her knowledge of these five pillars into her prenatal appointments and into her care during labor and delivery. She uses her knowledge of physiological birth to suggest specific positions and/or movements to help aid in a smoother labor and delivery. She has a deep understanding of how to help a woman prepare for her desired birth and can support her in experiencing a smooth transition into recovery and postpartum.
